Administrative Bishop, International Ministries and Missions of
The Assemblies.
Church structure is typically viewed as a hierarchy in the form of
top overseers, then bishops, ministers and deacons, religious and
laity structured on down through to the base of the line, other
facets can be acknowledged. To be placed as bishop, one must have
studied and acquired adequate biblical information and possessed
other scientific knowledge to the doctoral or postdoctoral level.
Besides the identity of scriptural qualities of bishop, the
competences of attitude, skill and knowledge enough to empower with
the capacities to deliver essential public duties are required.
Ministers are allowed to study relevant biblical information in
recognized bible institutions theological seminaries, as well as
universities that provide access to scriptural information essential
to engaging sustainable ministry.
Deacons and others shall be involved in active ministry based on
their quality of knowledge of social and spiritual development. All
ministers and from bishops to others at the downline of ministry
shall have basic education and training with the global education
and training partnership program of the Assemblies.
